Hi! I’m Diana, a designer and artist based in Chicago. My work encompasses surface pattern design, digital and cyanotype photography, textile and paper arts.
My pattern design work is characterized by a mix of digital and handmade elements in layered, playful compositions. My passion for color and love of experiments comes through in designs that are bold and happy, showing influences ranging from vintage quilts to abstract art, nature to neon.
In my art practice, I use cyanotype, digital photography, embroidery and collage to explore themes of light and transparency, repetition and reflection, and heightened and abstracted views of nature.
My work has been licensed for homewares and stationery, and selected designs are available on fabrics, wallpaper and housewares through my shops at Spoonflower and Society6.
